A veteran who knows how supplies move

Our founder is a service-disabled veteran with years of hands-on logistics experience: delivery schedules, receiving docks and everything that can hold up an order. That experience taught a simple rule. Supplies are only useful when they arrive complete and on time, and someone has to own every step to make sure they do.

Sentinel Forge puts that rule to work for federal buyers. Today we focus solely on government contracting: teaming with medical manufacturers to supply consumables, surgical devices and durable medical equipment, drop-shipped directly to VA and DoD facilities. Next, we are building a dedicated fleet of our own, followed by a precision manufacturing shop.

Our values

  • Accountability

One owner, one point of contact, and a clear answer on every order.

  • Readiness

Supplies are only useful when they arrive complete and on time. We plan for that from the first quote.

  • Integrity

We say what we do today and what is still coming, and we never overstate either.

Where we're headed

Today
Government contracting. Medical consumables, surgical devices and durable medical equipment through manufacturer teaming partners and direct drop-ship, plus dental, commercial products and facility support through vetted partners.
Next
Dedicated fleet 3PL, in development. Company-owned day cabs, box trucks and sleepers running strictly dedicated freight out of metro Atlanta. Not yet operating, and not accepting freight or carrier partnerships.
Later
Precision manufacturing, planned. A CNC machining shop serving government, commercial and in-house needs, once contracting and fleet operations are established. No launch date announced.
